Quote:1) On the herbal route, diet seems to be very important for success in growing breasts, in 2 areas: eliminate caffeine and increase protein (e.g fish, beef, chicken, eggs + whole milk). What about carbohydrates, should they be reduced?
Couldn't say. I have a high protein diet, but that's just me.
Quote:2) Estrogen blockers: Doing some research, I found that some foods actually inhibit Estrogen - the list is huge, but it seems to be: almost all fruits except apples, cherries and pomegranites, and leafy greens like broccoli, cauli, cabbage etc.
E-blocking foods isn't mentioned anywhere on the ND site, just the Caffeine/Protein
regiment. If these foods really do inhibit, then it occurs to me that people who've not had success might be high consumers of these foods? Or are they not all that prohibitive after all? Thoughts/Opinions?
I wouldn't worry about estrogen blocking foods.
And the caffeine thing may be a myth, although cutting it down would probably have its own benefits!Quote:3) When growth occurs, how much will my band size change? Will it get bigger as my breasts do, or does it max out at some point?
I don't think it affects band size so much... maybe a little due to fat redistribution, but your ribcage is unaffected. Obviously if you lose or gain weight it will change.
Quote:4) Some people have compared ND to 'PM' - what the heck is PM?
pueraria mirifica
A powerful estrogenic herb.
