I am wanting to order a NB and give it a try. I don't see any progress right now taking PM and SP. but my question is How long should a person keep the pressure on the breast? I have noticed quite a range of times posted in the various threads here but I didn't notice anything common among them. It would help in my decision to order or not. I would only have about 30 minutes a day at bedtime to use it. If that isn't enough no use spending the money. What do you think, 30 minutes once a day enough?
