Seeking medical care for GID, hmm, not easy. I read how some make it sound so easy to go on Hrt, (e.g. walked out the same day with a prescription in hand), I think it paints an unrealistic picture, in fact that's not always the case.

It's rarely the case, but after a physical evaluation and blood tests it should be the case.

If the incidence of DIY is high, why wouldn't more doctors be willing to monitor health care, it makes no sense not too.

Making access easier does seem to make the most sense.
