While I would guess it's possible, might it not be better to use topical Testosterone for this purpose? That's available from Amazon.... No 'script.

Now, it could mean some bad effects for the lady you're with, if it's a frequent thing - e.g., facial hair growth, body hair growth. But if it's only a now and then, it would probably be limited, and using a wrapper would prevent a lot of transference.
