I had a sneaky suspicion of this. May I ask where you get it? And I'll do my best with water. Aim for a gallon a day but it usually sits around a half. Thanks for your help

There are several brands for sale on Amazon. I just purchased a 4 oz bottle by Hawaii Farms for around $29.00. I use it sublingually ( under the tongue for at least 1-2 min for absorbtion).
