i can feel the actual tissue very clearly, and the tenderness sometimes decides to remind me its there during the night as well ^_^ fat doesn't have growing pains.

It's to the point with me, that I used to sleep on my stomach about 90% of the time. But when budding is raging, just cant handle it.
