Some of you may remember me.
I just responded to a private message asking me if my "regime" worked. Here is my reply:
Did it work?
Kind of. I experimented on myself with combinations of different herbs that I wrote about. At one point my sperm basically disappeared and my penis stopped working (i.e. I could not easily get an erection). I also suffered pain in my testicles. I had very itchy nipples as well as female type fat redistribution. I stopped before I got any actual breast tissue because I feared I might become permanently impotent. After I stopped my potency slowly recovered after several months and I didn't try the combination of all of the things I investigated ever again. I have from time to time bought some PM and the fat redistribution is almost instant (overnight!) but I have never taken it long enough to try to get the breast tissue because I worry I might get too fat.
Right now I'm going to try again with reishi mushroom extract as well as peony, genistein and PM but I'm going to try to cycle things so that I don't destroy my testicles hopefully(!)
