I have done some experimenting with DIY pumping as well.

For the cups I found that silicone kitchen funnels can work fairly well.
For the pumping device I used a double ended pneumatic cylinder.

One funnel attached to each end via some tubing and it makes for a good strong pump. This system doesn't maintain a suction like the noogleberry so it has to be continuously pumped, but it works well if the cups are positioned right.

Grew- Some, were blazing a trail, giving second lives to odds and ends and pumping up our chest junk at the same time,, Its like being the Thomas Edison of boobs,lol
