Lower back and hip pain
#6

B.L. have you tried using a long full body pillow? The idea would be to have it against the front of your body for support. One idea I had was that your back may be pulling to keep you on your side. With something to support your weight as you sleep you could relieve the strain. If that is the problem. As you develop breasts, it is not a bad idea to have such a pillow to hug as you sleep. Helps to take the weight off there as well. To prevent creases and help with breast health.

Is comfy too.
Are you drinking enough water?
During your breaks. Did you take something like Milk Thistle to help flush your system? As long as your urine hasn't changed color you should be ok on the kidneys. Mine has been coming out neon yellow. I have been on Cipro for awhile to try and flush some other symptoms. My doctor simply said ,and I quote "cool". Needless to say i was not impressed. I have a appointment with a kidney specialist in about 3 weeks. I will get some testing done then.
