I think your experiencing the surge (testosterone) effect on GnRH therapy, that'll spike acne and oily skin. An omega 3 (not fish oil) should calm this down, it's inflammation the causes the bacteria to flourish under the skin that allows acne to escalate. A good anti-inflammatory should be a first line of defense, only not fish oil cause that only fuels it (via increase of free T through lutenizng hormone (LH).
I like GnRH therapy, but I think it misses an opportunity to use FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) to synthesize E2 signaling from the pituitary. Bobie, ask your endo about adding Coconut oil, I believe it helps synthesize the process of E2. Btw avoid raw carrots before treatment, it prevents the binding of E2 in the intestinal tract.
