Before Gynecomastia, I had to wear 42 size sport coat or jackets. I had played football and baseball. Don't get me wrong, I never was a "Mr. Universe" but, I was "well framed" as they say.
My chest now under my breasts is now 39", so I have lost some muscle mass and put on boobs. I think for the frame I still carry, I know I have to get to at least a solid C if not a D cup... Just to look like I have something.
I probably should of put "whatever I look good at", but in my heart, I know it has to be a C or better.
