I have low testosterone and have been taking Androgel 1.62 for it.
The amount of testosterone I had, when originally tested about three years ago, was the normal amount in a female.
So in combination with stopping the Androgel how much spironolactone would someone suggest I take ?
I plan on starting to take the hormones it about two weeks.

I would suggest speaking with a doctor 1st. If you have normal female T, you really don't need lower unless your doctor o.k.'s. Too little T could cause bone brittleness and other complications.
