Hi everyone, Saw palmetto will cause a decreased sexdrive and erectile function as it lowers your testosterone, and testosterone gives men and women there sex drive. But for either PM or SP to effect your performance you would need to be taking it for along long time and in very high amounts so please dont worry about that, for some men it could have an effect like anything can on performance so just keep an eye on it, If you want boobs you will have to make a few sacrafices so you need to decide if you want real boobs or not like i said in another post, the lower your testosterone is the better breast development you will gain but the lower your tesosterone goes means loss of sexdrive and function to a certain extent and more overall feminization with the estrogen you are putting in with the PM. So you need to way it up, and think how far and how much you want to go. But you will still develop without lowering your testosterone but only slightly and it will take longer. Good luck everyone.
