Hi everyone, i was reading what you was saying about transexuals on porn sites lol. The reason many have fake boobs is because they cannot grow there own very well, unfortunatly nature is very selective in this area, some male to female transexuals grow very large natural breasts but this is about the 40% mark of all transexuals, 20% of m2f transexuals even with years of hormone therapy develop no breasts atall and the other 40% develop small tanner stage 2 breasts, so thats 60% of male to female transexuals who want larger breasts have implants. Theres no way to tell and its all down to getting the hormones exactly right in your body, it does not matter how much estrogen you put in your body, if you are still producing alot of testosterone then this will fight it all the way and your results will be not as good and take longer, but if you lower your testosterone it will effect your sex drive and erectile function so for men who just want breasts its difficult as your hormones are fighting each other at every turn, this is the reason many men have smaller breasts than there female couterparts. I only ever wanted breasts to begin with but because my testosterone became so low due to illness my body went crazy so to speak and i began to change drasticly, this is when i visited a doctor as i was worried and from then on i began to enjoy how i felt and the changes that where going on and i began life as a woman and never looked back, many think i was a transexual when i started my NBE, but i wasent, i was just a man wanting boobs lol so when i look back its kind of surreal lol good luck everyone.
