Ok cool thanks for the answer. I'm mostly interested in Fenugreek for its anti-visceral fat qualities.

I actually started on FG for the IBS benefits. Interestingly, here we are several years later and I now find that if I take any amount of FG, I get very nasty diarrhea very soon after. I haven't been able to tolerate FG for probably a couple of years now.
