Hi Huck!
I am on fenugreek, Sawpalmetto and BO.
2500mg Fenu, 1500 Saw, and 1500 BO.
If you wander around this site you will find a log of girls have posted their programs and results. You might find just the right answer for you will a little digging.
As for my results, slight increase in breast, 1" in hips. and I have been on this for 5 months.
It takes a long time so dont be discouraged.
