I started on NatureDay, 6 weeks in added PM, at 90 days I finished my ND, and focussed solely on PM. My current program has changed quite a bit from where I started. Seeing my month to month progress I can really see the changes and development. I can see that my nipples and areolas have increased since I started, albeit, the areolas are not where I would like them to be they have increased.
Unfortunately in part the development has a lot to do with our genetic disposition, as well as our body's own chemistry. Of course as Lotus has also pointed out also in our daily use of various products, foods etc. It has been suggested to me to try rubbing PC around the areola. I have yet to try this.
By the way, I have not taken any HRT, it has been strictly herbs. I will be posting a new picture in my 180 Days Progress so you can see a month by month comparison the changes in my breast, nipple and areola development.
By the way, flame is the exception, for some strange reason flame has had phenomenal areola development!
