But I think the breathing is a big thing if you're feeling faint, I often start verging on blacking out if I stand up too quickly or get out of a bath too quickly, and what helps me is to start breathing very deeply and to hold on to whatever is nearby!
Breathing exercises in a meditative state are great for the mind. Healthy mind = healthy body.

Yes that helps as I am a shallow breather. My chiropractor has just taught me tummy breathing as I too shallow breathe.
I didn't know that about iron. Il try my iron too. I'm very slim and always had low ferritin . Thank you
