Ok its 6.30am and having my morning coffees to wake up. I will read through these links at work.
In the meantime, assuming that was/is contributing to my issues, are there any herbal solutions? Sorry if the answer is in the posts (yet to read them).
It seems another possibility.. I've used fenugreek and goats rue which lower blood sugar in the past but only using Goat's rue now. So maybe assuming I could be low the goats rue might be pushing it even lower..
I have a blood sugar test done and I photographed the results a few months back, il hunt that out and update you with the reading.
Its a shame I cant get my hands on the blood test results they did at the hospital, I woulda thought that blood sugar might have been tested, they took enough of the stuff :s I know they checked my red blood cells, haemoglobin etc to see if I had enough iron etc
