Yup, very nice.
that one is great, (sardines & mackerel) are high in 3's, so are chia seeds. Now combined with the coconut oil you have its a great start. Just add polyphenols (green tea) and you should be able to cut back on the other supplements, oh and use the hell out of that nutra-ninja.
