Hi Sen Tif, the only thing I can say is that there are several schools of thought.
1. Start at 2 kmg per day, divided by 3 x. That would be 2 either in the morning, or 2 at night with 1 at noon. So, example would be 2 morning, 1 noon, one at 5 -7 pm.(depending on your bed time)
2. Start with just 1@ 500mg per day, for about 1-2 wks. Just to make sure you have no physical problems like allergies, etc.
3. Or do, like I have done. 1 per day for 1 month, then go to 1 per day and hold for about 1 1/2 months. See what, if any changes there might be.
The reason I did the latter was because I had a heart attack about 10 yrs ago, and with the meds I take, I wasn't sure how my body, scripts and herbs in general would react.
Also, I am a firm believer in not pushing to the max at start up. 2 reason are what I just stated, plus the fact that if 1mg will do it, why do more? I think maybe your body builds a tolerance to it eventually, and that a person has to take a break or go higher or lower dose. I believe the reason for this that the body is used to one set of hormones, then you try to force it the other direction and the body tries to correct itself. That plus the fact that every body is different in DNA, predisposition, age ect.
The smaller the dose, the better... And just like the body, you don't have large spurts of hormones at a set time, but rather little peaks and valleys continuously. Make sense??? Also, it gives your body to change makeup, w/out a great deal of shock.
