I'm sure most BN members already know about how a diet will help or sink a NBE program (and there's a ton of NBE diet plans out there on the WWW).

I think it's gotta be a combination of few them that's entirely possible to grow breasts even in the absence of supplements. And it will be somewhere between the Paleo & Mediterranean diet plans with a few other twists lol.

I'll post some of the basics, it would interesting to find some BN members who'd be interested as diet (food plan) partners (buddies lol).
