Honestly, I cannot tell exactly what the Reishi is doing. I think it has generally positive health effects in addition to a kind of AA effect.

I do know that the combination of PM and WP is making my nipples quite sensitive, and my breasts fuller. Whether there is any real growth beyond what I had a few months ago, I am not sure.
