Well, to build side-boobage as its called I guess lol, grab the breasts and pull them to the center chest wall, hold them for 10 to 20 seconds, you need to flex the pecs at this time, do as many pec flex's as you can. The iso's I do are when you can flex them without the grab and pull technique, Think BB's (body builders)

Now the grab and pull method can be done in all directions, just do as many as u can, I'll bet a 1 month supply of PM (not really lol) this will work!!!!, only do it religiously.
