That pretty much sounds like budding to me. I just got my buds a month or so ago after about 2 years on PM and other things like FG. Initially, there is some discomfort, and there is a firm lump behind the nipple. My breasts are very sensitive, and I get momentary pain if I bump them accidentally. It also hurts a little if I have to lie on my stomach for some reason and place too much pressure on my chest. As for what to expect in the coming months, someone else will need to respond.
