That is rubbish - you DON'T need to reduce T levels, you need to reduce the conversion of T to DHT, so that the T is available for conversion into estrogen. If anything, it wouldn't hurt if T production actually increased, as long as you prevent the DHT conversion.

I assume that MP is a typo for PM? I believe there is an extract, but it's expensive. I've never heard of SP extract although that is not to say it doesn't exist. FG extract does exist and you certainly can use it, but it smells awful.
