if I am not taking PM, do I take all of the herb you mentions included RC or not?

You need the following to start NBE,

1 estrogenic herb
1 anti-androgen source
1-progesterone source
1 -prolactin source
______________
1 growth hormone (2nd month)


This program is just for a starting NBE plan, and with the assumption of following reasonable dosing limits. (In other words don't go crazy with the herbs)


The plan you have listed is using

2 estrogenic herbs- Fenugreek and Fennel
1 anti-androgen- Saw Palmetto (I've used Reishi and white peony)
1 progesterone source - Fenugreek
1 prolactin source - Fenugreek

You don't need a 3rd estrogenic source (RC) at this point.

Maca- is in support (an adaptogen) to the rest of the program.

None of this is a guarantee, it's gonna take years to grow boobs and to feminize if that's you're goal.
