each tub of the PM from PUERARIA contains 60 capsules each of 500mg. I raised the dosage question with them as according to a Q&A women should take one capsule each morning and evening after food (2 capsules total for the day) I pointed that there was no recommendation for men! The answer I got was to double that dose and it would be a safe limit.
All that being said I can advise that I slowly ramped that up to 3 capsules each morning and evening ( so 6 in total for the day).i have been on that dosage for 4 months without any side effects. Yes some days my nipples are so tender I can barely touch them but my breasts have grown very nicely albeit slower than I would like. Current measurement is 'B' cup so I must not be too greedy
My dear friend myboobs ( on this forum and in UK) uses the extract liquid from Ainterol and swears by it. It too is 100% pure PM and because it is taken sublingually tends to be more effective.
