nature vs nurture 'argument'/discussion

#1

so here i am contiplating the whole nature vs. nurture discussions.

for me i believe it is nature for the following reason in my case;

i was raised to be a boy, my devout christian mother discouraged any and all gender-bending desires or displays i had in my youth..even my older sibling who came out to my mother was ill-accepted in regards to how she felt about herself and her gender.(yes there are two of us mtf in same family, both began transitioning with out each other knowing).

i am sure in some cases it is nurture. how do you all feel about it. is mainstream society right? is it now adays all the environmental xeno-estrogenic compounds and chemicals a major factor? all the hormone fed cows/chickens responsible for a larger account of gender dysphoria? i would like to have a nice serious discussion if anyone is interested here.
