Lol, well hearing the words “my waistline line continues reduce” should be music in to the ears. Sorry for the MSM info overload, Mostly it was FYI, although others can certainly use it for reference, however my brain is fried but better informed, lol.

I don't know whether the MSM is doing anything to safeguard my waistline, but it is certainly doing wonders for my backache. Now I must find a cheaper source, since the only place locally that stocks it is too expensive. I expect that Swanson's would be a good place to try, but they have a formidable list of things they won't ship to Canada, which seems to include anything I want from them.
