Is the DIM counterproductive?
If your E-dominate no, Dim helps estrogen metabolism, meaning it will speed up the breakdown down of good E metabolites. Dim is found in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli), I've read that the average person needs to eat about 3 pounds of broccoli daily to get the same benefits from a supplement. Holding onto estrogen longer can present issues, e.g. weight gain, prostrate and libido issues, amongst others too.
A monthly detox is always a good idea, clears the toxins we ingest or are exposed to on a daily basis. Adding progesterone cream can help to offset E-dominance too.
