Look at the amount in each dose? Only 1500mg is not enough of the useful ingredients for 30 dollars plus per bottle, possibly you could double the dose but it still might not work and you would be at a big cost for nothing.

The msm tablets aren't bad for the amount but powder is much purer tablets least and capsuals second least you can test your msm purity by how much fully dissolves in water I use jarrows formula msm its not perfect but reasonable quality and cheap to buy a kg of. For nbe you should take 3-15g msm per day but start low and its best taken with vitamin c at 3g msm to 1 g vitamin c but It has lots of positive effects including collagen production so its really good for hair and nails too.
