Of the two times I did PM, there were small differences but nothing I could attribute to being near by wife. And both times I chickened out around the 1 month mark. I do think I experienced some growth this last time (which I did not the first time) but it might just be fat deposit. My nipples are still very sore to the touch though even though I've been off for about 2 weeks.
The pheremones of pregnant women are believed to mess with the endocrine system of men and women alike. Couvade Syndrome and Sympathetic Pregnancies are caused by this. Both are associated with estrogen and prolactin increases, and women are more susceptible to it. Like Lenneth said, it may even cause lactation.
I haven't noticed anything but I've also been off PM for a couple months now. Unfortunately, some side effects of the PM have yet to go away.
