Personally, I wouldn't say it's something you should worry about. Most malformed sperm simply don't make it to the egg leaving the job to their better counterparts in natural fertilization.
As an herb that has little research and contains a bunch of different chemicals, there may or may not be a risk. Considering how chemically active PM is, there's a chance of a slight amount of epigenetic change that could cause odd issues, but it'd take a long time on PM and is still unlikely.
Talking to the doctor about it likely won't provide any fixes in the event there is a problem anyway. Take it easy, and everything should be perfectly fine. It's natural to worry about your children.
Now, what I'm be interested in is how your body responds to being on PM and being in proximity to a pregnant woman.
Thanks, I'm still nervous but this is somewhat reassuring. I'm not clear why being near a pregnant woman would impact anything. Of the two times I did PM, there were small differences but nothing I could attribute to being near by wife. And both times I chickened out around the 1 month mark. I do think I experienced some growth this last time (which I did not the first time) but it might just be fat deposit. My nipples are still very sore to the touch though even though I've been off for about 2 weeks.
Never Know, you might end up lactating & be able to also Nurse Jr.
