I am almost certain that I got my wife pregnant while on PM (which was kind of amazing since I think it was the one and only time I managed to get erect). It wasn't planned or I wouldn't have taken the PM. But now that it happened, should I be concerned at all about anything? Not to sound paranoid, but does it affect sperm at all? Or out of the well being of my baby, do I need to disclose anything to my wife's doctor?

I did some searches on line and all I could find was saying it would be harder to impregnate and I saw one research paper saying a test on mice showed no problems. But I thought some of you might know more about this.
