From what I have read, roughly half of adult males have gynecomastia, yet it is medicalized as 'abnormal'. A pity that most men don't welcome their breasts as a gift of nature. Mother Nature loves variety.
Yes, but as an abnormality it proves very profitable to the plastic surgeons.
