I have under-eye wrinkles due to allergies and I swear by coconut oil! I use it as a night cream. Otherwise I would recommend something with Retinol in it. A lot of face creams and such have it in there. Vitamin C powder is also good for wrinkles... I have a powder that I dissolve into my face lotion and use.
As far as makeup goes to hide wrinkles, you're going to want a hydrating primer to plump up your skin. Stay away from really matte, thick foundations and powders because they will settle into lines.
I recommend these foundations!

I would still set with the ELF powder... unlike powder foundations, the setting powder is so finely milled that it would not set into fine lines and wrinkles. I use it on my mom who is almost 50 and she loves it.
