T is essential for functions of both genders. (perhaps just free T?). It's also produced by the adrenal glands, and is responsible for height growth in both genders. Probably, the baseline of T is normal, and should just stay the same? Free T if I remember right can be converted into other hormones, and dht can't. so far it seems that dht is the one that needs to be lowered? dht is essential for early years, but in adults, I see mostly unwanted effects from it.
