Harping back on the weight thread, I always remember my Granddad asking
" what's the difference between a hungry boy and a glutton "?

Answer, one eats for eating sake and the other eats for the sake of eating !

I have always loved my food and has always been a battle to keep my weight down. I have taught myself to eat slower and it's amazing how the satisfaction message gets to the brain a little sooner .lol

I tried on a new dress tonight and it made me extremely happy that the fit looked good with a good feminine look.

Oh well it's time for bed.
