I have a practical question. I'm at the point where I am seriously considering efforts to encourage natural breast development, since I'm unwilling to smack myself repeatedly in the chest with a rifle butt....fun as that sounds.

My wife, on the other hand, is decidedly less enthusiastic.

For those of you in LTRs, how has your SO responded to the development?
