I've read here on the forum that it takes 30 days for the effects of PM to completely stop. That seems to be what I experienced on my 30-day PM break. Near the end of the break, I had no soreness in my breasts at all. My nipples and breasts became soft. There was no sign of those hard breast buds that I always have while taking PM.

Now back on PM, my boobs are in full growth mode again.
