I shave my entire body. My sister knows I'm transitioning. If you have at least one person who knows, it helps make it easier. Tell someone. Anyone. Tell a perfect stranger if you have to. Once you let it out for the first time, it becomes soooooo much easier. I came out to my cousin first, then my Aunt, then my sister. Me and sis go shopping sometimes "when she can deal with this".

Shaving... you could just say, 'I like the way my legs look without hair", or maybe, "I'm tired of my work pants pulling on my leg hair" this was my original excuse. Now, I don't care. Fuck you, yes I shave my legs. I like being smooth.

Be happy with who you are. Whoever or whatever you are. If you feel the need to change a few things. Do so.
