It's not that they CHOOSE their hand over their woman, in some cases, it just may be that they simply felt like having a wank. Nothing at all against her, it was just a sperm of the moment kinda thing. Also, they had a wank probably because she didn't like having sex with him in fem garb, and that's just how he felt like getting off. I'll bet that if she was okay with it, he would've been GLAD to do it WITH her instead of away from her.
