Is this basically the exact Ainterol product that people will recommend for PM?

I'm not sure what Pure D stands for.

For a program, I'm thinking about starting small with just PM as Samantha recommends, perhaps at 1500 mg / day?

Then, depending on how I feel I will take one of each in the remaining 3 categories: pro-hormone, pro-aromatase, potentiator.

I'm taking SP now but I heard that may limit the potential of PM since SP is also anti-estrogenic.

I will then rest at least 1 week out of every 2 months, perhaps using a cleanser like milk thistle or dandelion root that is more readily available at stores.

However, before starting anything (else), I will at least get a checkup from a doctor that I will be taking some of these herbs. Does anyone else have any other suggestions? I had a full physical with a clean bill of health last year and want to keep it that way With this, I feel like I won't feel that stupid when I look back in hindsight if something terrible happens to me.
