Spearmint tea and spearmint pills... both have been discussed at length. Many are using one or the other, some neither. It's an anti androgen that, from what I understand, suppresses free testosterone. I take pills - 400mg each, 2 times per day. AbiDrew (highly informed member that no longer post in the male section) recommended 800mg daily as a starting point, I forget what she said for an upper limit.
