I should also add that in addition to the return of GD and male sexual desires, I slowly revert to my "male mode of thinking." As an engineer, I'm frequently focused on task and become very unreceptive to the feelings of others. This isn't intentional -- I just tend to be oblivious to what those around me are going through and I'm unable or unwilling to consider their thoughts or feelings during interactions. I've noticed that when I'm on PM I'm much more empathetic and less likely to dismiss others.
Good grief, I just realized the paragraph above is a perfect example of slipping into my "male mode". It's factual but rather icy...
As far as physical changes during PM breaks, I've noticed that my breasts stay sensitive until the third week or so. They're still quite sensitive to the touch now (after 8 days). I haven't really noticed a decrease in fullness, but then again when my GD disappears I'm not really looking for them to grow anyway (so I'm not keeping track). They are growing, however!
