I just started week 3 of my cold turkey break, but, truthfully, I was largely off PM for two weeks before the break due to illness.
I can't detect any mental changes as yet. I feel no return of the old anxiety, impatience, and snappiness that was always with me in my pre-PM days. My libido is still quiet despite the return of spontaneous night erections. I still admire pretty women in a non-sexual way, but the arousal response is picking up again. My desire to crossdress is the same as before, but a presumed rise in my T level seems to be a factor in my willingness to take greater risks lately.
My breasts have ceased being tender to the touch. My breast buds and nipples have become much softer. My joint stiffness has returned, but not as bad as before PM. Itchy skin has also subsided quite a bit, but is not completely gone. My body hair seems to be growing faster again, but maybe it's my imagination. I abhor the possibility.
I have found myself tempted to go back on PM to halt what appears to be a reversal of some breast volume, but have held firm so far. I have no doubt that I will resume PM in two weeks.
