There's been a lot of discussion in Flame's "Cold Turkey" thread. During the discourse Flame suggested a thread about common withdrawal symptoms for genetic men going off NBE herbals may experience, so I'm taking the initiative to get one started.

I've been taking NBE herbs for nearly two years now (with a few short breaks). Initially I was taking FG, SP, and RC. I can honestly say I never experienced any withdrawal symptoms when taking breaks from that routine.

I started PM 14 months ago and am currently on my third break. My experience so far is like this:

1) First week -- no noticeable difference
2) Second week -- return of some GD symptoms (desire to cross-dress, desire to look more female)
3) Third week -- spontaneous erections return, including the morning "woody." Interest in porn and masturbation begin to stir. GD increases.
4) Fourth week -- GD in full swing, to the point of wanting to return to PM for its feminizing effects.

I haven't gone past 4 weeks yet. I am at day 8 (start of my second week) in my current break. True to form, I am experiencing some GD symptoms.

I would love to hear how others react as well. I can't tell you how helpful this forum has been in understanding my own circumstances.
