Peggy, it would would seem that NR does this fine dance so speak around T(free t) and E, meaning it raises both and tends to leave it all dressed up and no place to go dancing.
That's why it needs a little help from us, ya know tweaking with NBE herbs (pro-Aromatase and phytoestrogens)
