That's a statement from a doctor on this website I listed, which makes me understand why Jcap114 said you'd need to supplement with more E to make Nettle a viable option which we'd be already doing with our phytoestrogens right?,
Nettle Root - Binds to SHBG (binds to excess hormones decreasing hormone levels), and decreases 5ar and aromatase. Taking this tends to increase estrogen and testosterone. Would need to be taken with a pro-aromatase, and maybe estrogen.
Peggy, when you get a chance check in on that web listing it might shed some light. But the part about blocking T to E goes along the lines of it being an Aromatase inhibitor. (AI's are not NBE friendly)
